To give MIFF the best chance of achieving their goal we first conducted a partnership audit to understand what was limiting growth and where the untapped opportunities might exist. With these insights we helped the team create a partnership strategy including who to approach and how to engage them.

After the audit was completed and strategy set, we coached the MIFF partnership team through the next 18 months that saw them secure a record number of new partners and exceed their sponsorship target.
