Meet the Directors

Bruce McKaskill

Since 1999 Bruce has positioned Fit as Australia's most successful independent brand and partnership growth consultancy. Bruce is a Master in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (SUT 2000), a certified Business Coach and a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute.

With over 30 years in the arts and entertainment industry, including two decades as a brand & partnership specialist, Bruce's blend of skills, talent and education brings a different line of thinking to Fit's clients.

Tim Wood

​Tim is passionate about brands using stories to connect with audiences. It’s an interest and skill that grew from his early theatre training at WAAPA (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts), then continued as a marketing executive at Nike, Krispy Kreme, Mattel and McDonald’s. Many of the campaigns Tim was a part of have been recognised globally.

Since joining (Fit) Brand in 2014, Tim has helped reshape the agency to focus on the power of brand positioning and story and in 2021 released his first book on the subject - Your Amazing Brand Story.
